[Black Curtains and Pandemonium]

not too shabby

okay, I'm not sure what style of metal this is intended to be. Up until about 40 seconds i thought black metal (plus the lyrics are pretty black metalish), but when the drums broke out and the lead guitar came in with the licks, it began to sound more like melodic death metal. If you're going for black metal, I'd suggest having the guitars doing more tremolo picking rather than chops. And the vocals are harshly shrieked in the traditional black metal style, but lower growls are better suited for melodeath.
ps, compliments on the production. very well mixed, and I like how the bass guitar is noticable. my only complaint there is the guitars would do well to be just a little bit louder.

pretty low quality, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's good for this type of music, because it gives it rough, sludgy kind of feel.

this is awsome, dude. Catchy, and I'd listen to it anytime just for fun. Great vocals, they're reminiscent of goregrind bands such as Lord Gore and Impetigo.

As a song, it needs more backbone, ie, bass and maybe a second guitar track, one track for each channel rather than one guitar playing through both channels.
but as simply a collection of riffs, fucking awsome. \m/

I'm not familiar with flstudio, but it sounds like this was generated with a keyboard. If that's the case, then you're pretty damn good on a keyboard/piano.
I would rate this song 10 rather than 8 if it was on real guitar. But seriously, if you're into metal, you should look into being the keyboardist for a symphonic-type progressive or melodic metal band

Glad you like it, considering it's a 6 year old song and we had very little experience back then. Still, I feel it's important to showcase your roots! If you listen to the newer stuff you can definitely hear the improvement.
